Episode Summary

This episode, takes a slight pause from teaching a new life coaching tool or concept to apply to your motherhood in order to provide you a little more clarity into what life coaching actually is, if you are not familiar with the industry and how it helps people. I have a faith-based focus with my life coaching approach, so this episode talks about my approach, and touches on the two questions I get the most. The first one being how life coaching is different from therapy and secondly, how is working with a Life Coach different from seeing a Spiritual Director, which is another option available in our Catholic faith.
