This episode, we discuss steps to take to feel peaceful about our parenting. By going down memory lane to examine what story we tell ourselves about our past actions, we then get to decide what to keep about our parenting and what we want to let go,  Let’s forgive ourselves for what we did up until now,  keep what we did like, stop beating ourselves up for not knowing and doing better with what we knew at the time and rewrite a different story about how it all went down until now.

We’ll then take back our power to be the parent we want to be by deciding that all that counts to feel peace about our parenting is right now. This is where our power to generate peace lies. What you are thinking today, what you are feeling today, and how are you showing up today. 

I’ll then share some life coaching wisdom about your future and get a plan together about how to feel peace about future parenting mishaps and worries. Hint: it hasn't even happened yet.
