Hello everyone. Welcome to this very special episode of The Peaceful Mind Podcast. Today is just not any weekly episode. It's our 300th one. Can you believe it? That means that, [00:01:00] yes, over these five years. And some change. I've been showing up every single Tuesday, and when I do, it's with one goal in mind, and that is helping you, my beautiful listeners, find more peace, more balance, and more joy in your beautiful, busy mom life.
So I'm your host Danielle Thienel, and I am your biggest cheerleader on this journey towards becoming the mom God designed you to be. And so whether you have been here since episode one, or you just found your way to the podcast, I am so deeply grateful that you're here. I truly believe that if you apply what you learn here, even just a little at a time, you will experience profound transformation in your life.
Just like I did, using the same tools and [00:02:00] tips and just practical mindset shifts that I offer you here on the podcast, that will move you towards more peace of mind, and it's not just in how you will mother but in how you will live, how you will love yourself and others, and how you will lead your life.
So to celebrate this milestone, I've created something that I'm calling the ultimate peace of mind roadmap. And what that is because when you hit 300, I know it's a lot. And some of you, there is so much good information in like earlier episodes and some of you just find me now right here in as we're rounding out 2025.
And I've been doing this right since 2020. And so I just [00:03:00] I feel like. I love that I have new ideas, especially through like my client calls to be able to find out what in real time you all are struggling with, and then I address it with an episode. I also know that there is some gems that if you came later to me that could help you.
And so that's why I wanted to create a roadmap. So what I did, and this was not easy, okay, I handpicked. And made a collection of 25 of what, I'm just taking a guess to be the most essential episodes from the entire podcast library. Now again, this is hard, right? Because out of so many how like. When I saw all the titles and I was saying to myself, okay, if there could only be 25 episodes that moms listen to, what would they be?
Obviously I found way more than 25 but I do [00:04:00] believe that the episodes that I picked will give you a really decent close to complete toolkit that if you live. With intention, with grace, with the peace that surpasses all understanding if this is what you want, I believe that these episodes will definitely give you and show you how.
Okay. There's also, there's free one pager that I've made that you can download. And as I'm saying that I have the outline for it right now and I'm gonna create it by the time this episode appears. But I know I said one pager. That's my intention. But don't hold me to that. Just as I'm creating something that would be able for you to print out the list of these 25 episodes and so you can return to them anytime, or maybe you can share it with someone else.
And listen to them in order maybe to [00:05:00] follow this roadmap, or at least if you're new to me, you might be overwhelmed by how many and saying, which one should I listen to? And this roadmap is going to help. So you'll find that link in the show notes, and I want to also say that I'm probably gonna create it for it to be my website.

Where I started with some mindset on the roadmap, and that's really almost at the beginning, at episode number five, and that one is called, it all starts with your Mind. So everything pretty much begins here.
If you want change, peace, confidence, it all starts with how you think. And this episode is Your Mindset Foundation, and then we move on to episode number 15, [00:06:00] and it's called Having a Well-Balanced Life. Here I break down what balance really means. How it looks in real life and why it's the key to sustainable peace.
As a mom, I know this is what you want. We feel out of control. We feel like we're not focusing on what we need to be. We again, we feel out of balance. So this episode number 15 is called Having a Well-Balanced Life. Then there is episode number eight. Which is on motherhood. Okay? It is the three vital steps to peaceful parenting.
And these aren't just techniques. They're transformational mindset shifts that will help you respond instead of react, which is a vital key to having more peace in your life. More peace in your parenting, for sure. [00:07:00] The next episode that I'm going to guide you to is episode number 19, and it's called the Peace Formula.
So peace isn't just an idea. It's a process. Okay. The, this episode in particular shares what I deem is the formula. It's the one I use and the one I teach to my clients to help them create peace on purpose. So definitely including the peace formula in this roadmap. Next, we're gonna jump to episode 21.
And this one is called Your 10 Must Do Habits. So in this episode, you'll find practical faith aligned habits that you can begin today to stack into your daily life for a more peaceful rhythm. Now we move on to episode number 31. It's called [00:08:00] Peace Over Perfectionism. And even though it was a long time ago, I remember having this be something vital because you'll listen and you'll learn that.
This one is what I struggled with before. I had the peace and the balance and the joy and the confidence in my motherhood. I needed to overcome my perfectionism. So this episode is a must listen. If you find yourself thinking you're never doing enough, and I wanna help you learn to trade perfection for peace.
And the piece I'm talking about is God's version of peace, not the world's version. Okay, the next on the roadmap is right next door to peace over perfectionism. And it's episode number 32, A 30 day Path to a Peaceful Mind. And this is a step-by-step reset. Think of it as your spiritual detox for your overthinking mind.
And I love this because I [00:09:00] created a resource to go with it called the 30 Day Path to a Peaceful Mind. And I still love this resource years and years later. I just feel that it was a very easy and practical way. For you to actually take action on from this scripture and little journal prompt question that I have for you, a little reflection.
And so you're gonna wanna get your hands on that and I tell you all about it in episode 32. The next episode on the roadmap is episode 35, and it's called three Powerful Verses to Beat Defeat, and I do believe that this has been one of my highest downloaded, or at least it's definitely in the top 10 downloaded episodes.
And I provide three verses and these verses are power tools. In your hard seasons. This [00:10:00] one is for the mama who needs strength today, and so you're gonna wanna check that out if you feel like that is you. Then we move on to episode number 37 called Letting Go of Guilt, whether it's mom guilt or spiritual guilt.
This episode will help you walk in the freedom that Christ already won for you, and then we've just forgotten probably. Next we move on to episode number 41, and it's called The Importance of emotional Wellness. This is really the mainstay of my work as a life coach, right? We are whole beings, body, mind, and soul.
And you'll learn in this episode why emotional awareness is essential to peaceful living. Okay, so you, you're gonna wanna check all of these out, but episode 41 will be a gem when it comes to your emotional wellness. Now we're [00:11:00] already to episode number 11. It's gonna be episode number 53. It's called the Powerful Habit of Peace.
This one will help you build peace into your day, like how you brush your teeth every day. You're gonna make it more automatic, and you're gonna make it peace with more intention. And this episode will tell you how. Then we move on to episode 12. I'm sorry, this is number 12. It's episode number 54 and it's called Aligning Yourself with God's Rhythm.
We're gonna ditch hustle culture here, and this episode will help you find your God-given pace for motherhood. And I remember it's before I even came up with my cyclone mom method. That this one I knew was so vital and it is calling on your faith, which is the first EPIs first step of the Cyclone Mom method.
But again, this episode is the same, aligning yourself with God's rhythm. [00:12:00] Next we have episode number 66. Take a break from Busy. Yes, mama, you are allowed to rest. And in this episode. You are going to hopefully release any kind of stuckness you have, thinking that being busy is really good for you and I'm going to give you a permission slip, right?
To be able to take a break from busy and to do it without guilt. Okay, the next episode on the roadmap, out of the top 25 that I, very challenging to whittle it down to is episode number 73. Busy to Balanced. And this episode, I love when I'm even just saying that because I'm thinking of myself back in the day because that is now that is my group program, my group life coaching program, that's what it's called, busy to Balance.
And this [00:13:00] episode share will share how real moms make small changes that lead to big shifts in how they feel every day. And I believe that's when you will find. Me being able to talk a little bit about my group, which is still going strong and just so special to me. So I would love to have you all join.
Episode number 95 is next on our roadmap and it's called Five Ways to Achieve Balance. And these are the five pillars that I use in that group coaching program I was talking about. So listen for in this episode for an overview, and then you can go deeper in other episodes too. Next we have episode 110.
And I am, I'm looking at the title and thinking, I did, I reference this one back to my clients all the time. So I'm so glad this is on the top 25 list. Or I needed [00:14:00] to have it on here. It's why I picked it, because I do reference it a lot. There's another one I reference and that's coming up next, but this one, episode one 10 is called How to Not Worry for Very Long.
And I remember I put that in parentheses of the title for very long, not how not to worry for very long because it is like impossible for our, the fact that we're human to have zero worry ever. But we definitely wanna lower the amount of worry drastically. And this episode will tell you how, 'cause Worry's gonna visit you, but it doesn't have to move in. It doesn't need a bedroom in your brain, in your heart. And learn on this episode what to do when your mind spirals to worry. And then the next episode, 150, if this, again is another one that I reference for my clients to go back and listen to a lot and what I wanna [00:15:00] say, it's called the Elimination Diet for Peaceful Living.
But there, it's not food related at all. This is about what thoughts and feelings to cut out of your life for better mental peace. So these last two of the roadmap, episode one 10 and episode one 50 for sure. Want to revisit those or for the first time, if you haven't listened to them before.
The next episode is 154. And this one is also, it has road is a roadmap. It's the roadmap to unbusy your busy mom life. And here in this episode we simplify your routines and reset your focus so that you can reclaim control and peace in your life. I know that I probably did mention on this one being busy is not a badge of honor.
It is something that you want to lessen in your life or at least have a different definition around. [00:16:00] Okay. Next is episode 166. How to get good at feeling bad. I know. I know. You guys are probably gonna say what? I don't want to do that. It sounds funny, right? But learning to process your emotions.
Learning to not fear, feeling bad, or to know how to actually move through negative feelings instead of being stuck in them. That is a superpower, and I want all of you to grow in this skill. So this episode, this one's deep, but it's freeing. So definitely check out episode 166. Okay, we're on to the 20th.
One is episode 167. The Desires God Places in Your Heart, your Dreams Matter Mamas, [00:17:00] and I want you to learn how to trust and take action without having any guilt and fear. Because I just know when moms are living out their dream lives, their spouses, their children, their families, everybody benefits.
Alright, episode 190 is next and it's called Become the CEO of Your Life. I personally love this episode and I remember getting a lot of feedback from people saying, this one really resonated. You don't need to wait. For life to calm down, right there is a way to intentionally step in a leadership of your time and energy, and this episode explains all about it.
The next episode we have is 221, how to Compound Your Peace in 30 Days. This episode shows you how small shifts stack into [00:18:00] powerful progress. Perfect for your next month of growth. Okay, so with this episode, you can just have this 30 day focus and it's just, again, listen to the episode. I lay it out.
You want more peace. This episode will be for you. Okay, we're rounding out our last few. Episode 233 is next. It's called self-compassion, the Key to a Peaceful Mind. You are so worthy, mama. You're worthy of kindness and you're worthy to give it to yourself. And we all need more self-compassion for ourselves.
The layering of judgment, how to be to release it, and how to add more grace to your life if you want. Peace of mind. This is vital. [00:19:00] All right, episode 246. How to Free Yourself from Unmet Expectations. I call them the manuals and you'll learn about it in the episode. But we wanna let go of these invisible manuals that we hold for each other, and this will bring you freedom and peace in your closest relationships.
And the last one to round out this roadmap. To a peaceful mind, like 25 essential episodes is episode 290, the Secret to Consistent Inner Peace. You wanna make peace be like part of your lifestyle, then this episode will give you the anchor that you need to do just that. Okay? Right now I can tell you that my mind is bouncing around thinking of a few more episodes that.
I just am like, oh, but that one too, that one would be so good. And I, it is [00:20:00] probably more towards the leaning to the perfectionist thinking, how in the world can you pick just 25? Because if there's other good ones. But I do realize that having, brains love laser focus and so I'm just gonna trust that these 25.
Will provide like a really rounded kind of view of what my life coaching philosophy is about. What I think if all you ever were, was a listener and. You put some of what is offered in these 25 podcasts into action in your life, then you are going to be so way better off and you will find the result of being more peaceful.
And so I'm just gonna stick with it. I'm just gonna stick with these. And of course you're always welcome to listen to the other 175 episodes and [00:21:00] scan through the titles to see what jumps into you. And especially I wanna remind listeners who have been with me for these all these years is that when you listen to one before your life had, it was different, right?
That's a big jump in our motherhood when we have our kids at different ages within the. Span of five years, or if you came to me three years ago or two years ago, and so if there's something new going on in your life right now, some of these past episodes could really, even if you've listened to them before, could really hit differently, right?
Okay, so there you have it. Mamas, your roadmap, these 25 episodes, just think of them like stepping stones, right? Each one is moving you closer to a peaceful, balanced, confident, mom life.
