Bonus Episode-Divine Time Planner
===
[00:00:00] Surprise everyone. You are listening to a bonus episode of the Peaceful Mind Podcast.
Welcome to the Peaceful Mind Podcast, a place for creating the peace of mind you need to be the best mom you are created by God to be. If you want to bring more balance, more joy, and more peace to your motherhood, this is the place for you. I'm your host, certified life coach at Catholic Mom Danielle Thienel.
In the name of the father of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Let's get started.
Hello beautiful mamas and welcome to a special bonus episode of the Peaceful Mind Podcast. How fun for some of you to just find maybe that you get notifications whenever I release a new episode [00:01:00] and instead of just the regular Tuesdays that they come out, I have an extra one that I'm going to fit in here.
And just giving you a total heads up that it. I don't like the phrase shameless plug. I feel like it is, I am going to be offering you a product today that I've created that is available to purchase, and it is not shameless at all because this product, which happens to be a planner, a daily planner is something.
By many of you. And so I feel like it is, it's my I guess again, trouble with some really words that define it the way that I truly feel it. But I feel like that this is a connection of a gift for those out who suffer and don't do well in this area. [00:02:00] I really believe this could be what you've always been looking for.
Okay. So what I'm sharing with you is something that was an idea and has been on my heart for a long while now, and so I actually birthed it. I recently created something new and it is called the Divine Time Planner. I've been talking about it with my clients for a while. They knew that it was working.
So for many of you who are listeners, then this is going to you know what, I actually think, I did mention it a few episodes ago that I was hoping to have it out and available by the new year. And we are, I'm probably like a month later than I'd hoped to. But that's okay. It's divine timing when things come out.
And plus, if you are of the Catholic faith, we are getting either by the [00:03:00] time this episode comes out, we are either getting ready for our Lenton season. And I just also think that this is, would be a beautiful addition to add for that kind of prayer and ritual and connection time that we love to do more of during the Lenton season.
So I thought I would just sit down with you for a few minutes right now and just share the real story behind the Divine Time Planner. What it is. Because I think it will resonate with where you are right now in your motherhood journey for many of you. I decided to create a planner of all things, and I wanna let you know today how this one is different from everything else out there, or ones that you may have used or stopped using in the past.
So let me start with something that might surprise you. And that is, I don't think productivity is the answer for overwhelmed [00:04:00] moms. I know. I know. There are lots of things that I offer on this podcast to help you all have more peace of mind and to get into a place where you feel better.
And one of those reasons is so we can get into action. Be what we would call more productive. So it could be strange that I'm saying this now, right? Coming from someone who just created a planner, right? But hear me out here is what I've learned through my own journey as a mom. And after years of coaching many other busy mothers, that when you're already carrying the mental load, when you're managing everyone else's needs and you're feeling like you're drowning most days, the last thing you need is another system telling you to do more, to optimize more or squeeze more into your already overflowing life.[00:05:00]
And most productivity advice will treat moms like we're just inefficient CEOs who need better systems, but we're not. We're human beings with hearts and souls and bodies that are often running on empty. Trying to show up for everyone while we're quietly feeling like we're failing. And I have watched so many beautiful capable women beat themselves up because they can't stick to the latest kind of like time blocking method or productivity hack.
They think that something is wrong with them, but nothing is wrong with them or you. The approach is wrong, and this won't be new to many of you, especially of those of you that have my book, the Divine Time Solution, where this is where we find it is our relationship with time. It is how we view it, how we think about it, what we believe about time [00:06:00] that really is the right approach.
And though I hope all of you get the Divine Time Solution Book where you can really grasp this concept and the strategies behind that will help you never fight with time management again. This Divine Time Planner that I have created is just a beautiful compliment, another tool to living by divine time.
Here's the truth. When you're overwhelmed, mamas, you don't need to do more efficiently. You need to feel better first. This planner addresses that. When your mind is constantly spinning with everything that you're carrying, when you wake up, like already behind when you go to bed, feeling guilty about what you didn't get done, no [00:07:00] productivity system in the world is gonna fix that.
You need something gentler, something that starts with where you actually are. Not where you think you should be, and I know where you actually are. I live it too. Okay. Now the overwhelm is something I lived I would say a lot more before I came to all that I have learned and become and have now because of coaching, because of me changing and retraining my mind, but I'm addressing this with this planner.
So that's why I created the Divine Time Planner, not because we need another planning system, but because we need a completely different approach. I wanted to create something that starts with helping you clear your mind instead of filling your schedule. Something that asks you to focus in on what [00:08:00] actually matters most today instead of how much you can accomplish. Something that weaves faith into your ordinary moments.
Instead of making faith another item on your to-do list. And this is so important for me to differentiate that many planners don't take that faith aspect into consideration. Us Moms of Faith, this is what is what matters most to us, is to figure out how to weave our values and our beliefs and our faith throughout our day.
We need that divinely divine support. For years, I did buy, I love a planner. I'm just gonna be honest with you. I do. I love it. I have always I'm even thinking back to many of you won't know what I'm talking about being the younger moms. I used to love [00:09:00] the beginning of the school year and we bought something called a trapper keeper.
And it was like this Velcro system and, organized everything. And then I loved writing down in the different planners or, going to target and getting the new one of the year and things like that. I bought, but I bought planner after planner and I was hoping that each one would finally be like my magic solution to like time management, but each one left me feeling like I.
Wasn't doing the things that I wanted to do because, and that, that felt terrible, right? Because I couldn't keep up with all of the kind of way that it's laid out for tracking, goal setting, optimization kind of thing. And what I really needed was permission to slow down. Space to breathe before diving into my day and a way to connect with God that felt a [00:10:00] little bit more natural, not forced.
That included this element of writing things down. Now, as a life coach, I know that lasting change happens from the inside out when you feel calmer and more grounded. Better decisions will follow naturally when you, your priorities. When they feel clear to you, your schedule starts to support you instead of control you.
And when your faith is integrated into your everyday rhythms, your whole day feels more peaceful. And that's what I call divine time. Organizing your days with faith, gratitude, and purpose instead of pressure and overwhelm. So now I want you to know, I wanna be really honest here with who this planner is for, because [00:11:00] it's definitely not for everyone.
If you have one already that's working for you that you love, great. But if you like, especially, and if you're somebody though who is I want detailed time blocking, I want like goal crushing frameworks. I want all the productivity hacks. Give them here, like you won't find them in the Divine Time planner.
And if you want a system to help you do more and accomplish more, this isn't it either, but. If you are a mom who feels like you're constantly behind, who loves your family deeply, but quietly, you feel overwhelmed most days, and if you're somebody who wants faith to be a part of your daily life, but maybe you struggle to find time for it, then this might be exactly what you've been looking for in this planner.
Because [00:12:00] it is for the mom who wakes up already thinking about that permission slip you forgot to sign. The grocery shopping that needs to happen. The laundry that's still sitting in the basket and the 17 other things swirling in your mind before your feet even hit the floor.
It's for the woman who looks capable on the outside, right? But on the inside you feel a little scattered with what you have going on. And it's for those who have this really deep desire in their heart to be more present in their lives and with their children, but you find that your mind is constantly racing to the next thing that needs to be done. It is for moms who are ready to try something gentler. That's the word that sort of just keeps bubbling up for me.
When I look at my planner here and I think about, and now that, I've experience using it myself, [00:13:00] this planner, I'm so excited about it because if you've been listening to me for a long time or if you're, when you're definitely one of my clients, when you see it, when you see how I've organized it and what it's asking you to call on.
You'll see that it integrates a lot of the things that I talk about here. A lot of the things that are the true game changers in your life. And it, we, it's all wrapped around our mental wellbeing, our emotional wellbeing, even our physical wellbeing, and then our spiritual wellbeing. It hits all of those.
So the planner itself, it includes six months of daily pages. Now this isn't type of planner that has the year and the date, that is lined up with where we are now. In that case, I'd have to be making a new one, each year. But I know how real life works and I know that we might not even hit it every day.
So it [00:14:00] is an open date. It's an open date there for you to just be able to pick it up when you need to. Each page begins with what I call a daily download. So this is for you to just get what, when you wake up in that the day, what is really just swirling around in your head, a place for it to all land, for you to get it out to just that space, to get everything out of your head and onto paper before you plan your day, which is really vital to not staying in overwhelm.
We need to see what's going on in there. Okay? And then there's a place for you to focus in and be deliberate about that download and choose what actually matters most to you today. Not everything. Not all the things your brain are gonna say is gonna say everything's important, but just [00:15:00] what actually matters.
And usually it's three or four things, not 20. So there is a space for you to focus in on that. There is a gentle structure for your schedule. But flexibility built right in it does have some of the time. So you can take what actual appointments, places that you're expected to be, dentist, appointment school, drop off, things like that.
And I know that's another thing we wanna organize, right? And it's just for that day. And then we have space for, hitting what is called the happy, the healthy, and the holy, which you all know that is something I have done podcasts about that. That is the name of my daily devotional that you can purchase and, but this is a place where you really focus in on [00:16:00] each of those individually.
So what that looks like is that you are having a place for gratitude. Okay. There is space for you to name some things that you are thankful for. There is a space that will take your mind to be able to write down some celebrations, some wins. What happened yesterday? That was great. What did you do that you wanna stop and say Good job?
Because if we don't your brain will just want to go. What's next? What's next? Now, what else do I have to do? And. We need to be someone who pauses and stops and actually takes the time to go find those great things are happening. So between the gratitude and celebration or wins, and then with the place here that has for open for your self-care [00:17:00] ideas, which, we gotta be feeling better, we gotta be moving towards that calm, happy, confident place that happens when you are on the regularly making space for self care.
And this is a place for you to make some decisions around that and write them down or come up with some ideas. Okay? So that's gonna attack the happy part. And then there is a section for your healthy. For many of you that have been around a while, you know that last year was a really health transformative year for myself, and I also created a beautiful program called 10% Healthier, and that is now a self-study.
I ran it live with some women, but it's now a self-study course that you can purchase and it was really important to do some like tracking. And so there's a beautiful section in this planner that [00:18:00] helps you just whatever in your health, from your sleep, from your water intake, from your movement food.
If it was like me, I had to focus on weight training. It's just a place for you to make some notes on your, where you are with your health so you can, stay on top of that. And then there is the faith part of it, and that is with a scripture. There'll be scripture for you to read, contemplate, focus on, meditate on, and it will be different.
It'll change with each day on the page. And then there is a place for you to write down your prayers. Prayers for other people, and then also some lines for prayers for yourself. And the reason why I have, and all of this is just organized on one page. It doesn't have to take a [00:19:00] lot of time to do it, but it will magnify your peace throughout the rest of the day.
The reason why I've hit on all of these, because your whole life matters, not just what you're going to be doing from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, your productivity. And some of my favorite responses so far. Have been women saying that they feel like they've created, like I created this just for them. Or a lot of them who are my clients and know me and know the work we've done together just really have said this all makes sense.
This is just so beautifully packaged to be able to hit some of those major things that are game changers. And it will be a planner that doesn't make you feel behind. I did create it with you in mind, and if this all resonates with you, if you're tired of planning [00:20:00] systems that add pressure instead of peace, you can learn more.
I have a little I have a landing page that I created. I did it with my B minus mentality saying, let me just have something for people to go see. And you can see what the inside of the planner looks like. The outside of the planner, there's even a little short video of me getting it for the first time and opening the package and and looking at it.
So you can see the sample pages, read about the approach and see if it feels like something that would truly serve you in your life right now. But listen, mama, there is no pressure here. Yes, this is a bonus episode to tell you about this beautiful supplemental product that I think that many of you, that it could really bring more peace and joy.
It could be the most pivotal habit you pick up this year. But there's no [00:21:00] countdown to get it. There's no limited time offer. It's this episode is just an invitation for you to consider a gentler approach to your days by using this tool that I've created called the Divine Time Planner. I just wanna reiterate that you don't need another system that makes you feel like you're failing and falling behind.
You need something that meets you where you are, that helps you become more calm while doing what already needs to be done. And the Divine Time Planner is my attempt to create that for you. So if it feels right, if you, if you've resonated or you wanna go take a look and try it out, wonderful.
And if not, that's perfectly okay too. I want you to trust your intuition, right? The right tools find us when we're ready for them. And I do have a little, sneaky suspicion that there are some people who are gonna say, oh my goodness, this is what I was [00:22:00] looking for. I heard your episode right at the right moment, so I wanted to jump on here and let you know, because just like with my other books, it just feels so amazing.
When I find in my coaching practice and I'm working and I see that, first of all, something that's absolutely working for me, I definitely wanna share it. And you will see that this the kind of things that are inside this planner. This is what I have been doing on the regular. And I'm thrilled too, to not have, because I have like kind of separate planners in journals.
Like here's my gratitude journal. This is where I've been writing down what, like my health stuff. And I love that now is just all in one place. But anyways, again, I could go on and on. It's literally I'm so excited whenever I have gone from an idea to an actual tangible product in my hand, it's so exciting and I just can't wait for more people to have it in their hands [00:23:00] and benefit from.
So I hope you will take a look at the page and look it over, and if you do end up purchasing one of them and using them after a while, let me know. Email me.
